Fresubin PRO COMPACT Drink is a Food for Special Medical Purposes. Fresubin PRO COMPACT Drink is intended for the dietary management of patients with or at risk of disease related malnutrition, with increased energy, protein, calcium and vitamin D needs e.g. sarcopenia, frailty or age-related musculoskeletal deficits. Fresubin PRO COMPACT Drink is prescribable on FP10/GP10 for the following indications: For the dietary management of disease related malnutrition, short bowel syndrome, intractable malabsorption, pre-operative preparation of malnourished patients, proven inflammatory bowel disease, following total gastrectomy, bowel fistula.
